Some visitors only send spam or abuse. You can now block them from the conversation menu, so they can't keep chatting with your agent.
- The block covers their account and browser, and can also cover their IP address for a set time.
- Add a reason and an end date if you like, or block with no end date.
- Their widget updates straight away, and replies to them are paused until the block ends.
- Blocked visitors are listed in one place, and you can unblock them at any time.
