AI replies consume credits at a rate determined by the selected model. A credit is not a conversation. Your included allowance refreshes every 30-day usage cycle, even if you pay annually. Unused included credits do not roll over.
AI usage stops when your included allowance and any purchased credits are exhausted. You can buy a one-time credit pack or choose a plan with more capacity. Purchased top-up credits remain available after your included allowance runs out; there are no automatic metered overage charges.
Annual plans are paid upfront: Basic is $300 per year, Pro is $1,308 per year, and Business is $3,900 per year. The displayed monthly equivalent is the annual total divided by 12. Add-on agents and team members are billed monthly; credit packs are one-time purchases.
Manage your subscription from Plans & Billing in your workspace. Existing paid subscriptions open the billing portal to review available changes and cancellation. Review the provider’s charges and effective dates before confirming a change, or contact support for help.
Basic, Pro, and Business include live chat, human handoff, visitor engagement, premium AI models, native tickets when enabled for an agent, integrations, public API access, and branding removal. Their included credits, agents, actions, and team capacity differ.
The Free plan requires no credit card. Purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. Our refund policy lists exceptions for technical issues, extended service outages, billing errors, and termination by AssistLoop without cause. Contact support within 7 days of the incident to request a review.
