“I have recently started using Assist Loop, and my initial impression is that it is an excellent piece of software. Previously, we used TawkTo, which is a solid platform; however, we found it somewhat difficult to operate due to its numerous settings. Additionally, it was quite costly, with a monthly fee of €30 solely to remove their branding. We opted for the agency package with Assist Loop to enable multiple agents—one for each website. The onboarding process for our employees was straightforward, and their feedback has been very positive, indicating that the software is user-friendly. I have been monitoring the conversations and am pleased to report that they are of high quality. I even noticed some conversations conducted in Polish.”

It can connect to the data you have about a customer on your website through API and other methods, know when the user is logged in, that it's Jane Doe, and that Jane Doe has previously used X, Y, and Z products and likes this or that. It's been excellent value for money, and I'm not exaggerating.”

“I like AssistLoop's ease of use compared to other systems. I appreciate being able to give access to my managers, so they can help build a database of answers. It reduces their need to answer calls or minor inquiries, as the answers come from our website database. The system allows my managers to use their knowledge to create databases that AI can draw from, reducing direct communication but still offering the ability to connect to employees if needed. I also love that it can show product pricing and details for both online and in-person training, lightening the workload and pressure on our managers and sales team. The setup was extremely easy, and the learning curve is very small, especially compared to other programs.”

“I like AssistLoop because it's very easy to set up, taking only about ten minutes for the basic setup, which is great. It's also flexible and you can customize it to suit your brand. I really value the authentication feature, which allows the recognition of logged-in users and helps in understanding what customers have purchased before and what they like. The personalization aspect really helps in providing a better customer experience.”
