Integrations

Connect AssistLoop to popular channels and tools.
Explore available and upcoming integrations below.

Three things people mean by "integration"

1. Where the widget lives

Most of the logos on this page are platforms you install the agent on, not tools it talks to. WordPress, Framer, Bubble and WHMCS each have an official plugin. Shopify, Webflow, Wix, React, Vue and plain HTML take a single script tag. Strictly speaking this is installation rather than integration, and it takes about five minutes. See every install option.

2. Tools the agent can act inside

This is the real thing, and today it means Calendly and HubSpot. Connect Calendly and the agent can book a meeting without the visitor leaving the chat, using your actual event types. Connect HubSpot and it can file a ticket into your real pipelines and stages, at the right priority. Both connect over OAuth, so there is no API key to paste and you can revoke access whenever you like.

The reason this matters is that a support conversation which ends in a booked meeting or a filed ticket is a conversation that actually resolved. One that ends in "here is a link, go and do it yourself" usually is not.

3. Everything else, which is the point

A fixed catalogue of integrations is a promise that your stack looks like everyone else's. It does not. So the answer to "do you integrate with X" is usually: you can, yourself, today. Agent actions let the agent call any HTTP endpoint you own, with any method, your own authentication and your own parameters. Your internal orders service, your billing system, the CRM nobody has heard of. If it has an API, it is already integrated.

What is not live yet

The messaging channels on this page, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Slack, Discord, email and SMS, are marked coming soon because they are coming soon. Today the website widget is the live channel. They are on the public roadmap, where you can vote for the one you actually need.

Frequently asked questions

Which integrations are actually live today?

Calendly and HubSpot are connectable: the agent can book a meeting or file a ticket from inside a conversation, using your real event types, pipelines and stages. On the platform side, AssistLoop installs on WordPress, Framer, Bubble and WHMCS via official plugins, and on Shopify, Webflow, Wix, React, Vue or plain HTML with a single script tag. The messaging channels listed on this page, including WhatsApp and Telegram, are on the roadmap and are not live yet.

What if the tool I use is not on this list?

Then you connect it yourself with an agent action. If your tool has an HTTP API, the agent can call it: any method, your own authentication, your own parameters. That is deliberately the escape hatch, so you are not waiting for a vendor to build an integration you need today.

Can the agent book a meeting during a conversation?

Yes. Connect Calendly and your real event types are pulled in as options, so the visitor can book without leaving the chat. The booking flow renders inside the conversation rather than sending them off to another tab.

Can the agent create a support ticket?

Yes, with HubSpot connected. Your actual pipelines, ticket stages and priorities are pulled in, so the ticket the agent files lands where your team already works rather than in a separate queue nobody checks.

Is WhatsApp supported?

Not yet. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Slack, Discord, email and SMS are all on the roadmap and are shown here as coming soon. Today the website widget is the live channel. We would rather tell you that than let you find out after you have signed up.

Do I need a developer to connect an integration?

Not for Calendly or HubSpot, which connect with OAuth in a few clicks, and not for the platform plugins. You do need someone comfortable with an API to wire up a custom action against your own systems, though it is configuration rather than code.
