1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AssistLoop platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the AssistLoop platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AssistLoop
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Subscription and Billing
AssistLoop offers subscription-based services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Billing occurs on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. For information about refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
AssistLoop owns the Service, Software, AssistLoop Content, Documentation, and all other materials provided by AssistLoop to the Customer (collectively, the "AssistLoop Materials"). AssistLoop retains all rights, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the AssistLoop Materials, all related and underlying technology, and any modifications, updates, or enhancements thereto.
No implied licenses are granted under these Terms of Service, and any rights not expressly granted to the Customer are reserved by AssistLoop. Customers may use the AssistLoop Materials solely in accordance with these Terms and their subscription plan.
5. Data Protection and GDPR
AssistLoop is GDPR compliant and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. When we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms.
6. Content Ownership
All content provided by users, including but not limited to training data, custom responses, and configuration settings, remains the exclusive property of the user. Users retain full ownership of their content and data while using our service.
7. Account Termination
AssistLoop reserves the right to terminate accounts under the following conditions:
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Engaging in prohibited activities
Upon termination, all associated data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AssistLoop or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AssistLoop's platform, even if AssistLoop or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
10. Changes to Terms
AssistLoop reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
