Subprocessors

AssistLoop works with the providers below to deliver its services. A subprocessor is a third party we engage to process personal data on our customers’ behalf. The data a provider receives depends on the services and features used.
Service providers
These providers support our infrastructure, communications, and AI features. Google’s notification and AI services are shown separately so you can see what each one does.

Website analytics
We also use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Depending on the configuration and consent choices, this can involve usage events, online identifiers, and browser or device information.
Website analytics is described separately from processing customer support data on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain our website information practices and cookie controls.
AI models and optional features
Using an AI feature does not mean every AI provider receives your data. The provider involved depends on the model and feature being used. Notifications similarly depend on the notification features enabled for your account or device.
If you connect your own provider API key or a third-party integration, your configuration and direct agreement with that provider may also apply. Contact us if you need help identifying the providers relevant to your workspace.
Processing locations and safeguards
For information about processing countries and transfer safeguards relevant to your workspace, email [email protected]. Include the features and AI providers you use so we can address your configuration.
Our Data Processing Addendum describes the data protection obligations that apply to subprocessors, including confidentiality, security, and international transfers.
Changes and questions
We will maintain this list as our providers change. Notice of proposed new or replacement subprocessors and the opportunity to raise a data protection objection are governed by section 6 of our Data Processing Addendum.
For questions about a provider or a subprocessor change, contact [email protected].
