Email Collection
Collect visitors' email addresses in the chat, so you can follow up after the conversation ends.
The widget can now ask visitors for their email address during the chat, so you can follow up after it ends.
- When it's on, the widget asks for the visitor's email after the AI's second reply.
- Visitors get two answers first, then the question.
- The address is saved so you can follow up after the visitor has left the chat.
