Visitors can share images, PDFs, Office documents, text and CSV files in the chat while they're talking to your team.
Visitors can now attach files in the chat, so they can show your team a problem instead of describing it in a long message.
- Share images, PDFs, Office documents, text and CSV files.
- Up to 5 MB per file, and up to 4 files at a time.
- Available when the visitor is chatting with a human agent.
