Pre-Chat Form
Ask visitors for their name and email before the chat starts, with your own title, intro message and completion message.
The widget can now ask visitors a few questions before the conversation begins, so your team knows who it's talking to.
- When it's on, the widget asks for the visitor's name and email before the chat starts.
- Write your own title, intro message and completion message.
- Visitors answer first, then chat as usual.
- The answers are saved with the conversation.
