Customer Support Operations
A tested guide to limiting where an AssistLoop chat appears: page rules that allow or deny pages by address, country rules that allow or block countries, one save for both, and what we measured on a phone.
Customer Support Operations
A tested guide to showing an AssistLoop chat only during business hours: a weekly schedule under Display Restrictions, set in your time zone, hides the chat button outside your windows and brings it back by itself. Includes when a schedule makes sense, lunch breaks, holidays and what visitors see.
Customer Support Operations
A tested guide to multilingual AI customer support in AssistLoop: the agent answers in the shopper's language from English sources, the widget Language setting translates its own words, and you translate your texts, suggested questions and pre-chat form.
Customer Support Operations
Some customer problems outlast the chat: a bowl missing from the box, a refund that needs a yes, an order that has to change. Your AI support agent can't settle those on the spot. It can, though, create a support ticket from chat, with the customer's email, a reference number and a link to the conversation. This guide sets it up in AssistLoop and follows one ticket from the chat to your team's queue.
Customer Support Operations
Your AI support agent can tell a shopper whether a mug is dishwasher safe, but it shouldn't approve a refund or change the address on an order. AI-to-human handoff passes those chats to your team inside the same chat window, so the customer never has to start over. This guide switches it on in AssistLoop, follows one chat from the AI's answer to your team's reply and back to the AI, and gives you five triggers to write into your agent's instructions. The switch takes a minute; choosing the triggers takes a little longer.
Customer Support Operations
Plenty of visitors with a question never type it. Proactive chat speaks first. A reactive chat button waits to be clicked, while a proactive message from your team appears after a few seconds on a page it fits. In about ten minutes, this guide sets up one such campaign in AssistLoop, shows it arriving on a shop's Shipping page, and shows who answers the reply.
Customer Support Operations
Your AI support agent answers visitors all day, but in your inbox each one is "User 1259491". When a parcel goes missing, you have no name and no email to reply to. A pre-chat form asks a couple of quick questions inside the chat, then the agent answers as usual. This guide sets one up in AssistLoop in about five minutes.
Customer Support Operations
A practical playbook for turning vague chatbot personality words into testable support rules. It covers uncertainty, refusals, frustrated customers, human handoff, response patterns, and QA testing in an AssistLoop website widget.
Customer Support Operations
A practical playbook for CX leads who want conversation labels to produce better handoffs, follow-up, training work, and reporting. The guide builds a six-tag starting taxonomy without claiming that AssistLoop provides native conversation tagging.
Customer Support Operations
A practical framework for classifying chatbot support intents as approved answers, human handoffs, or no safe coverage. Learn how to build and review the map using real conversation logs, source quality, correctness, and customer outcomes.
Customer Support Operations
A practical staffing model for support and CX leads. Classify conversations by repeatability and risk, calculate human capacity from escalations, and use a weekly scorecard to decide what to fix, automate, or staff.
